4. What is the production lead time?
For blank paper, expect a swift 2-3 week delivery post-order confirmation. OEM printed paper requires 3-4 weeks post-artwork approval.
5. What are the packaging options for your products?
Shrink Wrap: Available for 5 or 10 rolls per pack.
Gold or Silver Aluminum Foil Wrap: Choose from 1 or 2 rolls per wrap.
Custom OEM Printed Paper Wrap: Options for 1 or 2 rolls.
Customized OEM Printed Boxes: Available in brown or white, as per customer specifications.
6. Do you allow third-party inspection of goods?
Yes, we welcome inspections by SGS or any other third-party organization before delivery to ensure you receive the highest quality.
7. What are your payment terms?
We offer flexible payment options like TT and LC terms. For FOB: a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. For CFR: a 30% deposit with the balance against the copy of BL post-shipment. 8. What are your guarantees regarding quality and shipment?
