4. What is the production lead time?
For blank paper orders, the lead time is 2-3 weeks post-order confirmation. For OEM printed paper, expect a timeframe of 3-4 weeks following artwork design confirmation.
5. What is the product wrap?
Shrinkwrap options: Securely shrink-wrapped in packs of 5 or 10 rolls.
Available in gold or silver aluminum foil wrap: Offered in packs of 1 or 2 rolls.
Customized OEM printed paper wrap: Available for 1 or 2 rolls.

6. Could you accept the third party to inspect goods?
Certainly! We welcome inspections by SGS or any other third-party organizations before delivery and loading of goods.
7. What is your payment term?
We accommodate TT and LC payment terms. For FOB: A 30% deposit is required, with the balance due before shipment. For CFR: A 30% deposit, with the balance payable upon receipt of the copy BL post-shipment. Long-term clients enjoy even more advantageous terms, as we strive for mutually beneficial partnerships.
8. What is your guarantee terms of quality and shipment?
