Absolutely! We provide complimentary samples of our stock size, with no express fee if sent to your China agent. Should you require a custom OEM printed sample matching your artwork, a nominal sample fee applies, which is reimbursed upon order placement. For overseas sample delivery, a partial express cost will be incurred.
2. What is your MOQ?

3. What is the cost for OEM preprinted rolls?

4. What is the production lead time?
For blank paper, expect a lead time of 2-3 weeks post-order confirmation. For OEM printed paper, the lead time extends to 3-4 weeks following artwork approval.
5. What is the product wrap?
Shrinkwrap: Available in 5 or 10 rolls per shrink.
Gold or Silver Aluminum Foil Wrap: Offered in options of 1 or 2 rolls.
Customer OEM Printed Paper Wrap: Available for 1 or 2 rolls.
Customized OEM Printed Brown or White Box, tailored to client specifications.
6. Could you accept the third party to inspect goods?
Certainly, we welcome inspections by SGS or any other third-party prior to the delivery and loading of goods.
7. What is your payment term?
We offer TT and LC terms. For FOB: 30% deposit with the balance prior to shipment. For CFR: 30% deposit with the remaining balance due against a copy of the BL post-shipment. Long-term clients often benefit from even more favorable terms, as we strive for mutually beneficial partnerships.
8. What is your guarantee terms of quality and shipment?
Our products are meticulously packed to ensure they reach you in pristine condition, just as they leave our facility. Should there be a disparity in bulk shipment quality from the approved samples, we will either replace the substandard products or offer a reasonable discount.
