Absolutely! We offer a complimentary sample of our stock size, with no charge for express delivery to your agent in China. Should you require an OEM printed sample tailored exactly to your artwork, a small sample fee applies, which we will gladly refund upon finalizing your order. For international sample shipments, we kindly ask you to cover a portion of the express delivery costs.
2. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We have no minimum order quantity requirement. We enthusiastically welcome trial orders as we believe they pave the way to larger and more regular orders in the future. Mixing different products of ours in a single container is completely welcomed. Our expertise ensures that we optimize container space for maximum efficiency.
3. What are the costs for OEM preprinted rolls?
The cost for printing is directly related to the order quantity and the number of colors in your artwork. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us via email with your specific requirements. Our dedicated sales team will respond promptly with the most competitive quote just for you.
4. What is your production lead time?
For blank paper orders, expect a lead time of 2-3 weeks from order confirmation. OEM printed paper requires 3-4 weeks after the confirmation of artwork design.
5. How is the product packaged?
Shrink-wrap options: Available in sets of 5 or 10 rolls.
Luxurious wrap options: Gold or silver aluminum foil for 1 or 2 rolls.
Custom OEM printed paper wraps: Available for 1 or 2 rolls.
Customized OEM printed boxes: In brown or white, tailored to customer requests.
6. Do you allow third-party inspections of the goods?
Yes, we allow inspections by SGS or any reputable third-party inspection service before the delivery and loading of goods.
7. What payment terms do you offer?
We offer TT and LC terms. For FOB, a 30% deposit is required, with the balance due before shipment. For CFR, a 30% deposit is required, with the balance against the copy BL after shipment. Long-term clients enjoy even more advantageous terms, as we strive for mutually beneficial relationships with our partners.
8. What are your quality and shipment guarantee terms?
Our products are meticulously packaged to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Should any bulk shipment differ in quality from the approved samples, we commit to replacing the unsuitable products or offering a reasonable discount. However, this is a rare occurrence in our extensive export experience, as we prioritise unwavering quality for our customers.
