1. Could you send a free sample for testing?
Absolutely! We offer complimentary samples from our stock size collection, and the express costs are also free if the sample is sent to your China agent. For OEM printed samples that need to match your specific artwork, a sample fee will be applicable but it will be reimbursed once you finalize your order. For international sample shipments, a partial express cost will be charged.
2. What is your MOQ?
We do not have a Minimum Order Quantity requirement. We warmly welcome test and trial orders, as this often leads to larger, more consistent orders over time. We accommodate mixing different products in a single container and specialize in optimizing container space for maximum efficiency.
3. What is the cost for OEM preprinted rolls?
The cost for printing depends on the order quantity and the number of artwork colors. Feel free to contact us via email with your detailed requirements. Our dedicated sales team will promptly provide you with a competitive quotation.
4. What is the production lead time?
For blank paper, it takes 2-3 weeks after the order is confirmed. For OEM printed paper, the lead time is 3-4 weeks post artwork design approval.
5. What is the product wrap?
Shrink Wrap: Available in 5 rolls or 10 rolls per shrink.
Gold or Silver Aluminum Foil Wrap: Available in 1 roll or 2 rolls.
Custom OEM Printed Paper Wrap: Available in 1 roll or 2 rolls.
OEM Printed Brown or White Box: Customized as per customer request.
6. Could you accept the third party to inspect goods?
Yes, we welcome inspections by SGS or any other third-party agency prior to delivery and loading.
7. What are your payment terms?
We accept TT and LC terms. For FOB, a 30% deposit is required with the balance due before shipment. For CFR, a 30% deposit is followed by the balance against a copy of BL after shipment. Long-term partners often enjoy more favorable terms, reflecting our commitment to mutually beneficial partnerships.
8. What are your guarantee terms for quality and shipment?
Our products are meticulously packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition as they leave our factory. In the rare event of quality discrepancies from the approved sample, we offer replacements or reasonable discounts. However, such occurrences are extremely rare in our extensive export experience as maintaining quality is our top priority.
