For overseas sample dispatch, we partially cover express costs.
2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We do not impose an MOQ. We encourage testing and trial orders, anticipating they will evolve into substantial and regular requests. You can mix various products in one container, and our expertise ensures optimal utilization of container space.
3. What is the cost for OEM preprinted rolls?
The printing cost depends on order quantity and the number of artwork colors involved. Feel free to reach out via email with your specifications, and our sales team will promptly provide you with the most competitive quotation.
4. What is the production lead time?
For blank paper rolls, expect a lead time of 2-3 weeks post order confirmation. For OEM printed rolls, the timeframe extends to 3-4 weeks following artwork design approval.
5. What are the product wrapping options?
Shrinkwrap: Options include 5 rolls or 10 rolls per shrinkwrap.
Gold or Silver Aluminum Foil Wrap: Available in 1 roll or 2 rolls.
Custom OEM Printed Paper Wrap: Available in 1 roll or 2 rolls.
OEM Printed Packaging: Brown or white box as per customer request.
6. Could you accept the third-party inspection of goods?
Certainly, we welcome SGS or any other reputable third-party inspection before dispatch, ensuring quality and compliance.
7. What are your payment terms?
We accept TT and LC terms. For FOB payment, a 30% deposit is required with the balance due before shipment. CFR terms require a 30% deposit with balance against the BL copy after dispatch. Long-term customers enjoy more favorable terms as we aim for mutually beneficial relations.
8. What are your quality and shipment guarantee terms?
