Certainly! We offer free samples of our regular stock sizes, including free express delivery within China if sent to your local agent. For OEM printed samples that mirror your artwork, a small fee is applicable, which is refundable upon your final order. If you require samples sent overseas, a portion of the express cost will apply.
2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We do not impose an MOQ, as we encourage trial and test orders. We believe these will naturally evolve into larger, more consistent orders. We offer the flexibility of mixing multiple products within a single container and excel at optimizing container space to maximize efficiency.
3. What is the cost for OEM preprinted rolls?
The cost for preprinted rolls varies based on the order quantity and the number of artwork colors. Please reach out to us via email with your specific details, and our sales team will promptly provide you with the most competitive quotation.
4. What is the production lead time?
For blank paper rolls, the lead time is approximately 2-3 weeks post-order confirmation. For OEM printed paper, expect a lead time of 3-4 weeks following the confirmation of the artwork design.
5. What are the packaging options for your products?
Shrinkwrap options include packaging of either 5 or 10 rolls.
Gold or silver aluminum foil wrap is available for 1 or 2 rolls.
We offer customer-specific OEM printed paper wraps for 1 or 2 rolls.
OEM printed boxes in brown or white are available as per customer requests.
6. Could you accept a third-party inspection of goods?
Absolutely! We welcome inspections by SGS or any other third-party inspectors before delivery and loading of goods.
7. What are your payment terms?
We accept TT and LC payment terms. For FOB: a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. For CFR: a 30% deposit with the balance due against a copy of the BL after shipment. Long-term customers often receive even more advantageous terms as we strive for mutually beneficial relationships.
8. What guarantees do you offer regarding quality and shipment?
Our products are meticulously packaged to ensure they arrive in pristine condition as they leave our facility. If there is any discrepancy in bulk shipment quality from the approved samples, we will replace products or offer a reasonable discount. Such instances are rare due to our unwavering commitment to maintaining quality.
