1. Could you send a free sample for testing?
Yes, indeed! We are delighted to offer a complimentary sample of our stock size, with express costs covered if sent to your China agent. For an OEM printed sample matching your artwork, there will be a modest charge, refunded upon final order placement. For overseas samples, a portion of express costs will apply.
2. What is your MOQ?
We have no MOQ requirements. We warmly welcome test and trial orders, which we trust will lead to larger, more consistent orders in the future. You can mix various products in a single container. Our expertise ensures the most efficient use of container space.
3. What is the cost for OEM preprinted rolls?
The printing cost depends on the order quantity and the number of artwork colors. Feel free to email us with your detailed needs, and our sales team will promptly provide a competitive quote.
4. What is the production lead time?
For blank paper, expect 2-3 weeks after order confirmation. For OEM printed paper, it's 3-4 weeks post artwork design confirmation.
5. What is the product wrap?
We offer shrink wrap packaging: 5 rolls or 10 rolls per shrink
Gold or silver aluminum foil wrap for 1 roll or 2 rolls
Custom OEM printed paper wrap available for 1 roll or 2 rolls
OEM printed brown or white boxes according to customer requests
6. Could you accept the third party to inspect goods?
Absolutely, we welcome SGS or any third-party inspections prior to delivery and loading.
7. What is your payment term?
We accept TT and LC terms. For FOB: a 30% deposit with the balance before shipment. For CFR: a 30% deposit with balance against a copy of BL after shipment. Our valued long-term customers often enjoy even more favorable terms, as mutual-benefit is our business philosophy.
8. What is your guarantee terms of quality and shipment?
Our products are meticulously packaged to ensure they reach you in pristine condition. Should the bulk shipment differ in quality from approved samples, we provide replacements or reasonable discounts. Thankfully, such occurrences are rare in our extensive export experience, as altering quality is not our practice.
