1. Could you send a sample for testing, free of charge?
Absolutely! We offer free samples in our stock size, and if you need them sent within China, there's no express cost. For custom OEM printed samples that match your specific artwork, a sample fee applies, but this will be credited back to you upon placing your order. For international shipping, we charge a portion of the express cost.
2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We have no strict MOQ requirements. We encourage trial and test orders, confident they will lead to larger, regular purchases. We can mix various products in a single container and are skilled at optimizing container space for maximum efficiency.
3. How much does it cost for OEM preprinted rolls?
The printing cost is determined by the order quantity and the number of artwork colors. Please reach out to us with your detailed requirements via email, and our sales team will promptly provide you with the most competitive quotation.
4. What is the lead time for production?
For blank paper, expect a lead time of 2-3 weeks post order confirmation. For OEM printed paper, it takes approximately 3-4 weeks after artwork design approval.
5. How are your products packaged?
Shrinkwrap packaging includes options of 5 rolls or 10 rolls per package.
Gold or silver aluminum foil wrap is available for 1 or 2 rolls.
Custom OEM printed paper wrap is available for individual rolls.
OEM printed boxes, in either brown or white, can be tailored to customer specifications.
6. Can a third party inspect the goods?
Yes, we welcome inspections by SGS or any other third party prior to delivery and loading.
7. What payment terms do you offer?
We accept TT and LC terms. For FOB, a 30% deposit is required, with the balance due before shipment. For CFR, the balance is due against a copy of the BL post-shipment. Long-term customers may receive more favorable terms as part of our commitment to mutually beneficial business relations.
8. What are your quality and shipment guarantee terms?
Our products are meticulously packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Should bulk shipments differ in quality from approved samples, we pledge to replace the subpar items or offer a reasonable discount. However, such discrepancies are rare, as maintaining quality is our top priority.
