4. What is the production lead time?
For blank paper rolls, expect a lead time of 2-3 weeks post order confirmation. For OEM printed rolls, the timeline extends to 3-4 weeks following artwork design approval.
5. How are the products packaged?
Shrinkwrap: Available in 5-roll or 10-roll bundles.
Gold or silver aluminum foil wrap: Offered in 1-roll or 2-roll options.
Custom OEM printed paper wrap: Available for 1-roll or 2-roll.
OEM printed boxes in brown or white as per customer specifications.
6. Can a third party inspect the goods?
Absolutely, we welcome inspections by SGS or any other third party prior to delivery and loading, ensuring peace of mind.
7. What are your payment terms?
We accept TT and LC terms. Under FOB, a 30% deposit is required with the balance due before shipment. For CFR, a 30% deposit is needed with the balance against copy BL post-shipment. Long-term partners enjoy even more favorable terms, as mutual benefit is our ultimate goal.
8. What are your quality and shipment guarantees?
