2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

4. What is the production lead time?
For blank thermal paper, expect a lead time of 2-3 weeks post order confirmation. For OEM printed paper, the lead time extends to 3-4 weeks following artwork approval.
5. What is the product wrap?
Shrink Wrap: Available in bundles of 5 or 10 rolls.
Gold or Silver Aluminum Foil Wrap: Offered in single or dual roll packaging.
Customer OEM Printed Paper Wrap: Presented in single or dual roll options.

6. Could you accept a third party to inspect goods?
Certainly, we welcome inspections by SGS or any other third-party organization prior to the delivery and loading of goods.
7. What is your payment term?
Our payment terms are flexible: We accept TT and LC. For FOB terms: a 30% deposit is required with the balance due before shipment. Under CFR terms: a 30% deposit with the balance payable upon presentation of the BL copy post-shipment.
