Absolutely! We offer our standard size samples free of charge, along with complimentary express delivery if sent to your China-based agent. For OEM printed samples that precisely match your artwork, a nominal fee applies, which is refunded upon your final order. For overseas sample deliveries, a partial express cost applies.
2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Surprisingly, we do not enforce any MOQ! We warmly welcome test and trial orders, which we are confident will evolve into larger and more consistent orders. We allow a mix of different products within a single container, and our expertise ensures the most efficient use of container space.
3. How much does it cost for OEM preprinted rolls?
The printing cost varies based on order quantity and the number of colors in the artwork. Please feel free to email us with your detailed specifications, and our sales team will promptly provide you with an optimal quotation.
4. What is the production lead time?
For blank paper rolls, expect a lead time of 2-3 weeks post order confirmation. For OEM printed paper, the lead time extends to 3-4 weeks after artwork design approval.
5. What are the options for product wrapping?
Shrink Wrap: Available in packs of 5 or 10 rolls
Gold or Silver Aluminum Foil Wrap: Available for 1 or 2 rolls
Custom OEM Printed Paper Wrap: Available for 1 or 2 rolls
OEM Printed Brown or White Box: Customized as per customer request
6. Do you allow third-party inspection of goods?
Yes, we provide full access to SGS or any preferred third-party inspection prior to delivery and loading.
7. What are your payment terms?
We offer flexibility with TT and LC terms. For FOB: A 30% deposit is required, with the balance due before shipment. For CFR: A 30% deposit is needed, with the balance against a copy of the BL post-shipment. Long-term partners may enjoy more favorable terms as we strive for mutually beneficial relationships.
