2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

3. What is the cost for OEM preprinted rolls?

4. What is the production lead time?
Our lead time is efficient: for blank paper, expect 2-3 weeks post order confirmation, while OEM printed paper requires 3-4 weeks following artwork design confirmation.
5. What is the product wrap?
Shrinkwrap: Options include 5 rolls or 10 rolls per shrink.
Gold or Silver Aluminum Foil Wrap: Available in 1 roll or 2 roll configurations.
Custom OEM Printed Paper Wrap: Offered in 1 roll or 2 roll options.

6. Could you accept a third party to inspect goods?
Certainly! We welcome inspections by SGS or any other third-party service to ensure product quality before dispatch and loading.
7. What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are flexible: TT and LC are accepted. For FOB: a 30% deposit is required with the balance due before shipment. For CFR: a 30% deposit with the balance due against the copy of BL after shipment. Long-term partners often enjoy even more favorable terms as we aim for mutually beneficial collaborations.
8. What are your guarantee terms for quality and shipment?
