For international shipping, we request a partial contribution towards express costs.
2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

4. What is your production lead time?
Our lead time is swift: 2-3 weeks post-order confirmation for blank paper, and 3-4 weeks for OEM printed paper following artwork approval.
5. How are your products packaged?
Our packaging options include shrink wrapping in sets of 5 or 10 rolls.
We also offer elegant gold or silver aluminum foil wrap for individual rolls or pairs.
Customized OEM printed paper wrap is available for single or double rolls.
We craft OEM printed boxes in brown or white as per customer specifications.
6. Is third-party inspection of goods possible?
Indeed, we welcome inspections by SGS or any third party before delivery and loading to ensure complete satisfaction.
7. What are your payment terms?
We accept TT, LC payment terms. For FOB terms, a 30% deposit is required with the balance due before shipment. For CFR terms, a 30% deposit with the balance against BL copy post-shipment. Our loyal customers enjoy even more favorable terms, as our aim is to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
8. How do you ensure quality and shipment reliability?
