Absolutely! We offer complimentary samples of our stock sizes, with no express costs if sent to your China agent. Should you need an OEM printed sample that matches your artwork, a sample fee may apply, but this will be refunded with your order. For overseas samples, we charge part of the express cost.
2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We have no strict MOQ! We welcome test and trial orders, believing they will certainly lead to larger, more consistent orders. You can mix different products in one container. Our expertise ensures optimal container space usage.
3. What is the cost for OEM preprinted rolls?
The printing cost depends on the order quantity and artwork colors. Please contact us with your specific requirements, and our sales team will promptly provide you with the best quote.
4. What is the production lead time?
For blank paper, expect a 2-3 week lead time post-order confirmation. For OEM printed paper, it's 3-4 weeks after artwork design approval.
5. What is the product wrap?
Shrink wrap: Available in bundles of 5 or 10 rolls.
Gold or Silver Aluminum Foil Wrap: Offered for 1 or 2 rolls.
Customized OEM Printed Paper Wrap: Options for 1 or 2 rolls.
OEM printed brown or white box as per customer request.
6. Could you accept the third party to inspect goods?
Yes, we welcome inspections by SGS or any third party of your choice before delivery to ensure everything is in order.
7. What is your payment term?
We accept TT and LC terms. For FOB: 30% deposit, balance before shipment. For CFR: 30% deposit, balance against copy BL post-shipment. Long-term clients enjoy more favorable terms, as we aim for mutually beneficial partnerships.
8. What are your guarantee terms for quality and shipment?
