2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We have no MOQ requirements. We encourage test and trial orders, confident that they will lead to larger, ongoing orders. We can mix different products in one container and expertly optimize container space for maximum load efficiency.
3. What are the costs associated with OEM preprinted rolls?
The printing cost depends on the order quantity and the number of artwork colors. Please contact us with your detailed requirements, and our sales team will promptly provide you with the most competitive quotation.
4. What is the estimated production lead time?
For blank paper, expect a lead time of 2-3 weeks post order confirmation. For OEM printed paper, the lead time extends to 3-4 weeks after artwork design approval.
5. What options are available for product packaging?
Shrinkwrap options include 5 or 10 rolls per package.
Gold or silver aluminum foil wrap available for 1 or 2 rolls.
Custom OEM printed paper wraps for 1 or 2 rolls.
Choose OEM printed brown or white boxes as per your specifications.
6. Do you accept third-party inspections of the goods?
Yes, we welcome inspections by SGS or any third-party prior to delivery and loading.
7. What are the terms for payment?
We accept TT and LC terms. For FOB terms: a 30% deposit with balance due before shipment. For CFR terms: a 30% deposit with balance against the copy BL post-shipment. Long-term clients may enjoy more favorable terms, aligning with our mutual-benefit business philosophy.
8. What guarantees do you offer for quality and shipment?
Our products are meticulously packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Should bulk shipments differ from approved samples, we either replace the products or offer a reasonable discount. However, such discrepancies are rare due to our steadfast commitment to maintaining quality.
