Certainly! We offer complimentary samples of our stock size, and if you have a representative in China, the express shipping is also free. For custom OEM samples matching your specific artwork, a nominal fee applies, which will be reimbursed upon final order placement. For international sample shipping, a portion of the express cost will be required.
2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

4. What is the production lead time?
For blank thermal paper, expect a lead time of 2-3 weeks post-order confirmation. For OEM printed paper, the lead time is 3-4 weeks after artwork approval.
5. What are the packaging options?
Shrink Wrap: Either 5 or 10 rolls per wrap
Gold or Silver Aluminum Foil Wrap: Available in 1 or 2 roll packages
Custom OEM Printed Paper Wrap: Available for 1 or 2 rolls
Custom-designed OEM printed brown or white boxes are available upon request
6. Could you accept the third party to inspect goods?
Absolutely. We welcome inspections by SGS or any other third-party organizations prior to delivery and loading of goods.
7. What is your payment term?
We accept TT and LC payment terms. For FOB, a 30% deposit is required, with the balance due before shipment. For CFR, a 30% deposit is required, with the balance against the copy BL post-shipment. Long-term clients enjoy more favorable terms, as our aim is to foster mutually beneficial business relationships.
8. What are your guarantee terms for quality and shipment?
Our products are meticulously packed to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. If the bulk shipment differs in quality from approved samples, we promptly replace the unsatisfactory items or offer a reasonable discount.
