For OEM printed samples matching your specific artwork, a nominal fee may apply, which is refundable upon final order placement. For international sample dispatch, a partial express cost applies.
2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We do not impose an MOQ. We warmly welcome trial and test orders, confident that they will pave the way for substantial and consistent orders in the future. We accept combinations of various products in a single container. Our expertise ensures the most efficient use of container space.
3. What is the cost for OEM preprinted rolls?
The printing cost varies based on the order quantity and the number of artwork colors. Please feel free to email us with your detailed specifications, and our sales team will promptly provide you with a competitive quote.
4. What is the production lead time?
For blank paper orders, expect a lead time of 2-3 weeks post-order confirmation. For OEM printed paper, the lead time is 3-4 weeks following artwork design approval.
5. Can you describe the product packaging options?
Shrinkwrap options: 5 rolls or 10 rolls shrink-wrapped.
Gold or silver aluminum foil wrap available for 1 roll or 2 rolls.
Custom OEM printed paper wrap for 1 roll or 2 rolls.
OEM printed brown or white boxes available as per customer request.
6. Can third-party inspections be arranged for the goods?
Yes, we welcome inspections by SGS or any other third-party inspection agencies before the delivery and loading of goods.
7. What are your payment terms?
We accept TT and LC terms. For FOB: a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. For CFR: a 30% deposit with the balance against copy BL after shipment. Long-term clients often benefit from more favorable terms, as we aim for mutually beneficial partnerships.
8. What are your quality and shipment guarantee terms?
Our products are meticulously packaged to ensure they arrive in pristine condition as they leave our facility. In the rare event that bulk shipments differ from approved samples, we offer product replacement or a fair discount. However, this is an uncommon occurrence in our extensive export history, as maintaining quality consistency is paramount to us.
