1. Could you send a free sample for testing purposes?
Absolutely. We offer complimentary stock size samples, along with free express delivery if the sample is sent to your agent in China. For OEM printed samples matching your artwork, a sample fee is required, which will be refunded after you place a formal order. For international sample shipments, a portion of the express cost will be applicable.
2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We do not impose a MOQ. We warmly welcome test and trial orders, which often pave the way to larger, more frequent transactions in the future. We allow the combination of various products within a single container and are adept at optimizing container space for maximum efficiency.
3. What is the cost for OEM preprinted rolls?
The cost for printing is contingent on the order quantity and the number of colors in the artwork. Please feel free to reach out to us with your detailed requirements via email. Our dedicated sales team will respond promptly with our most competitive quote.
4. What is the production lead time?
For blank paper, the production lead time is approximately 2-3 weeks following order confirmation. For OEM printed paper, it is estimated at 3-4 weeks post approval of the artwork design.
5. What is the product wrap?
Shrinkwrap: Available in packs of 5 or 10 rolls.
Gold or silver aluminum foil wrap: Offered as 1 roll or 2 rolls packages.
Customer's OEM printed paper wrap: Available as 1 roll or 2 rolls options.
OEM printed boxes in brown or white, tailored to customer specifications.
6. Do you accept third-party inspection of goods?
Certainly, we welcome inspections by SGS or any other certified third-party organizations prior to delivery and loading of goods.
7. What are your payment terms?
We accept TT and LC terms. For FOB: 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. For CFR: 30% deposit with the balance against BL copy post-shipment. Long-term clients enjoy more favorable terms, aligning with our aim for mutually beneficial partnerships.
8. What are your quality and shipment guarantee terms?
Our products are meticulously packaged to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Should there be any deviation in bulk shipment quality from the approved samples, we offer replacements or reasonable discounts. However, such occurrences are exceedingly rare in our extensive export history, as maintaining quality for our clients is paramount.
