For custom printed samples matching your artwork, a nominal fee applies, which is reimbursed upon order confirmation. For international sample shipments, a partial express fee will be required.
2. What is your MOQ?
We have no Minimum Order Quantity requirement. We welcome both test and trial orders, as we believe these will naturally evolve into larger, more consistent orders. Our flexible logistics allow for various products to be combined in a single container, maximizing space and cost efficiency.
3. What is the cost for OEM preprinted rolls?
OEM printing costs vary based on order volume and the number of colors in the artwork. We invite you to email us with your specific needs, and our sales team will promptly provide you with a competitive quote.
4. What is the production lead time?
For blank paper orders, expect delivery within 2-3 weeks post-order confirmation. For customized OEM printed paper, the lead time extends to 3-4 weeks following artwork approval.
5. What is the product wrap?
Shrinkwrap: Available in packs of 5 or 10 rolls.
Gold or silver aluminum foil wrap: Available in single or double roll packaging.
Customer OEM printed paper wrap: Available for 1 or 2 rolls.
OEM printed boxes in brown or white, tailored to customer specifications.
6. Could you accept the third party to inspect goods?
Certainly! We welcome inspections by SGS or any reputable third party prior to shipment and loading.
7. What is your payment term?
Our payment terms include TT and LC. For FOB shipments: a 30% deposit is required with the balance payable before dispatch. For CFR: a 30% deposit is due, with the balance payable upon presentation of the copy BL post-shipment. Long-term clients often enjoy more favorable terms, as mutual benefit is our business ethos.
8. What is your guarantee terms of quality and shipment?

In the rare event of quality discrepancies with bulk shipments compared to approved samples, we offer replacement or compensation with a discount.
